Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing HomeFooody to explore and enjoy home-cooked meals from talented homechefs. To ensure a seamless experience for our users, we have established the following Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
1.Order Cancellation by Users:
- Users can cancel their orders without any charge up to 1 minute after placing the order.
- If the cancellation is made after 1 minutes, a cancellation fee of 100% of the order value will be applicable.
2.Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
- If a user cancels an order within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.
3.Refunds for Quality Issues:
- If a user is dissatisfied with the quality of the food received, they must report the issue within 2 hours of receiving the order.
- HomeFooody will investigate the matter and may offer a full or partial refund, or provide a credit for future orders, depending on the nature of the issue.
4.Refunds for Late Deliveries:
- HomeFooody strives to ensure timely deliveries. If a delivery is late due to reasons within our control, users may be eligible for a partial or full refund upon request.
5.Refunds for Unfulfilled Orders:
- In the event that a homechef is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, HomeFooody will issue a full refund to the user.
6.Refunds for Technical Issues:
- In the case of technical glitches or issues on the HomeFooody app that result in unsatisfactory user experience, users may be eligible for a refund. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.
- However, we’re not liable in case of issues caused due to the operating system, support cycle and other issues due to the condition of the device, storage space and such factors.

8.Policy Updates:
- HomeFooody reserves the right to update or modify this Refunds and Cancellation Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the platform.
