1.Order Cancellation by Users:

• Users can cancel their orders without any charge up to 1 minute after placing the order.
• If the cancellation is made after 1 minutes, a cancellation fee of 100% of the order value will be applicable.

2.Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

• If a user cancels an order within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.

3.Refunds for Quality Issues:

• If a user is dissatisfied with the quality of the food received, they must report the issue within 2 hours of receiving the order.
• HomeFooody will investigate the matter and may offer a full or partial refund, or provide a credit for future orders, depending on the nature of the issue.

4.Refunds for Late Deliveries:

• HomeFooody strives to ensure timely deliveries. If a delivery is late due to reasons within our control, users may be eligible for a partial or full refund upon request.

5.Refunds for Unfulfilled Orders:

• In the event that a homechef is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, HomeFooody will issue a full refund to the user.

6.Refunds for Technical Issues:

• In the case of technical glitches or issues on the HomeFooody app that result in unsatisfactory user experience, users may be eligible for a refund. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.
• However, we’re not liable in case of issues caused due to the operating system, support cycle and other issues due to the condition of the device, storage space and such factors.
